Marine Riser
The marine riser is a casing that runs from offshore drilling platforms to the subbottom.
Its main function is to insulate seawater, circulate drilling fluid, cool drill bit, and return cuttings.
At the same time, as a holding structure of offshore drilling wellhead, it can protect the stability and safety of shaft lining, wellhead, and internal drilling and production facilities.
Macans has three production lines include Joint threading, pipe body welding for Marine Riser whose size ranges 20"-48".
Commonly used steel grade Q235B, 16Mn, X52, X56, X60, etc.
Two common connection forms:
1. Circlip Type
2. Threaded Connection

Macans has the production capacity of Coupling and Pup Joints matching the pipe processing capacity and can supply matching Joints and pup joints for the tubing and casing production line.
To ensure the uniformity of the tolerance matching between the Joint and the short section processing and the pipe processing, and to provide a guarantee for the improvement of product quality.
